10 7 2 4 So, calipers are still stating the same after a week of no lifting two weeks ago and maintenance calories, as well as 3 birthday parties... each including cake. Yeah, but I've worked for this. Weight is up on average about 2 pounds, but since the calipers are essentially unmoved I am assuming it's lean mass mostly (aka water). I've adjusted my end goal weight to 185 from 180 since I'm pleased with where I am now and feel no rush to hit a goal weight. I've got a month until I head to the Okanagan to visit Mom and Dad and have a week there followed by a few days of moose hunting back home. After that I'll go into a slow cut. I definitely love carb cycling (I'm at the loaded end of the cycle hence the weight) and I believe it will be my lifelong maintenance plan. Cutting may be a simple CICO reduction maintaining protein. Dragonfly - Shaman's Harvest One of my favourites.

Not yet. I'll be taking photos. They're not on the Internet and family down there don't do 'tech'. What can I say?
