Carb load began last night. Feeling pretty calm. :)
191.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, how I long for the first morning I can see my breath! I felt like I needed a snorkel today because of the humidity.
