I have started to feel really good again- it's weird how there is SO much struggle to get the "click" right but once it's there it's easiest.

I went out and bought myself a pair of baggy shorts. With all my clothes feeling well fitted but maybe a little "tight" it makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere before I actually do.

I have resisted writing down my food for so long- as I felt it was going to control me. But I'm enjoying this- I noticed yesterday, that because of my big breakfast I was more consciuos not to over eat for the rest of the day- and this morning I created a breakfast that was alot less calories.

I'm having issues with my left foot- but trying to ignore- I have a balance class, and a walk to fit in today :)
