What I like best about annual leave, apart from the obvious, is that I don't have to plan, make and consume packed lunches 5 days a week. I find it all so tedious and time consuming. Last time, on my September week of annual I lost 1.2lb in 11 days. It will be interesting to record the difference this time as I am eating closer to my RDI rather than below.
