Ok so I work out for 2 hours today. I feel so good. Crazy how once you start doing the right things it makes you whole life so much better!! I cheated but am still here and pushing harder than ever.

Totally agree about doing the right things and your entire life improving. It's also incredible how easy it is (wonder why we seem to think it is so hard). When I exercise I sleep like a baby and get an overall feeling of wellbeing. I was planning to go to the sports club yesterday but didn't get around to it. I want to say: "definitely today," but we'll see. Keep up the good work!

You are so right about working out in the morning. I work out at 3:30am and it is sometimes very difficult to get out of bed but after I get there I am so glad. Then when I leave I feel awesome. Much happier with me. The days I don't go I feel lazy and frumpy.(except for the weekends, I do not work out on those days) Those are the mornings I get to sleep in with the hubby and enjoy a slow morning. Keep up the good work.
