Ok SO I am feeling bad. I have been following the Sb faithfully for 6 days but then this past weekend I had 2 days where I ate pie. I still followed the diet but ate the pie also. I know that Phase 1 does not allow pie! I do not think there is a diet that allows apple pie and starwberry pie but if there is I am there ;). Ok so now do I have to start from day 1 again?

This past weekend was a bust for a lot of people because of graduations and the holiday. No matter when you mess up, just jump back on as soon as possible. One good thing about SB is that, when you do cheat a little, you've done minimal damage because your metabolism is boosted already. If you've eaten any sugar at all, your weight jumps quickly and drops back off in about 2 days because of water weight. Don't beat yourself up about the pie, but do expect to see a little slow down in the weight loss for this week. No big deal. :-)

On phase one and the first month of phase 2, my room mate and I actually had once a week planned cheats. Milkshakes, pizza, breadsticks, whatever we were craving that week we went out and got ONE serving of ONE item. Kept us on track and we both still lost plenty of weight.
