This past weekend was not good
. I am now wondering if I need to stay I Phase 1 forever? I guess this is where this site comes in. People to make sure you do the right thig. I did great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But after dinner i still felt hungry and ended up eating some bad things. Any ideas hot to stop eating after dinner?

Talk about cheating. I did so good this morning and lunch but for dinner I ate way to much. I could not stop snacking. Fallen off the wagon? I jumped right off in one night! Oh well tom. should be a much better day :).

Ok so I work out for 2 hours today. I feel so good. Crazy how once you start doing the right things it makes you whole life so much better!! I cheated but am still here and pushing harder than ever.

Ok SO I am feeling bad. I have been following the Sb faithfully for 6 days but then this past weekend I had 2 days where I ate pie. I still followed the diet but ate the pie also. I know that Phase 1 does not allow pie! I do not think there is a diet that allows apple pie and starwberry pie but if there is I am there ;). Ok so now do I have to start from day 1 again?
