weigt same ,hope i stay in green zone . really tired/shaky this morning. bullet proof tea not doing it so had 2eggs in 2.5oz fried onions . that should do it. ya just gotta listen to your body at times.can't always push through. thats how you get sick

yep, must listen to your body. I guess I didn't when I over did it day after day and again weight. well, that's over! I'm back to logging my foods!!!!
