Okay, after almost two months of not eating healthy at all I feel like crap. Not only have I gained weight, I am tired and bloated and my body is begging me for a healthy salad and some exercise.

Focused and ready to do this, so here we go...
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
