Hello, I had a ruff weekend. It went well for the most part but when Sunday came along, I was so hungry! it was all I could do to not eat the delicious looking food I made my husband to eat. Steak, Parsley Potatoes and mushrooms and onions.
I felt so good this morning that I did not fall into that trap. I made it without cheating.
I am adding exercise to my plan , no laughing cause I'm adding trampoline to it . I have to start somewhere and they say it gets the heart rate up and helps you to get your breathing better so I can move on to other exercise.
I'm on track for the week, feeling confident. Have a great week all.
