I tried Atkins and have learned a lot. I do think focusing mainly on protein is a key to weight loss however I can't have diet variety without fruits and think I need whole grains to fuel my active lifestyle as I workout several days weekly. Hopefully the Abs diet will seem like a breeze after trying to do Atkins! Seriously, I know any diet/lifestyle change will be work but this diet outline seems more do-able for me personally.
