O.K. so I quit the diet pills ( ugh they make me feel horrible and I binge anyway at night) than have to take pills to sleep...but I am into it...and the writing down is amazing...its so easy with the computer. This coud be my savior. So I am trying to do low carbs, protein, veggies, no fruit for the first few weeks...water. I did weigh and did not lose a centimeter. Feeling positive and excitied.
