Plyometrics doesn't hurt so bad the morning after, this week. This must mean that I have to do more and next week so I get the benefits from it. I can't break myself since I have two kids that need a mommy that functions :) I am feeling less pain when I get out of bed and that is a huge incentive to keep this up. I hate aches and pains. I also HATE that I am fat. Its funny since I can't see it till it is on film. I have always been fit til I had my kids and now I am 40lbs way too heavy for my frame.
