Ive been outta pocket and offline for a few days.. Im on vacay and today is my last day and I promised myself I wouldn't sit in front of my computer all day bc thats too much like work. Tomorrow I go back to work for my last day and my old position then I work Saturday from home and Monday Im out into the world again after 4 yrs. Im really nervous so DH gave me some extra money and I bought some clothes to start the week with : a good pair of jeans (so I have 3 pair now that arent too big) 2 nice blouses and 3 shirts and 2 pair of shoes. Its office casual so the jeans is a must. Then I cleaned out my closet again and took out another bag of old stuff. I also pulled out several black pants and a skirt and dumped em in the washer with a rit dye to brighten up the color and I ironed a few pieces and hemmed a skirt. SO, I fee good about the clothes I have to start with. Its a big deal for me since I wear yoga pants every day.. or not, in winter its pj's LOL. I also bought a lot of chicken and plan to meal prep for next week on Saturday so I wont have to worry about lunches.
On a side note.. I lost my way on my diet again. I made it 6 days with out straying. I wont whine about the details other then today is my attempt at day one with out cheating not even one bit. Hey, when you fall off your horse, get back on right and no need to lie about it bc Im only hurting myself.. Not gonna blame anyone or anything but myself and vacation hehehe. I have been true to my working out though. Did a beast of a hike on Monday with my besty and have been hitting the gym every day regardless of what I eat.

thanks everyone,the struggle is def real when it comes to food lately.. as long as Im maintaining my weight, i wont panic.. but I def want to start losing again.. I think the being at the office will help bc I wont have access to carbage, only what I pack for the say.. so as long as I pack right, Im safe !

I am so excited for you and your promotion. Sounds like you have the wardrobe well in hand, too. Yes, the nutrition part is hard but keep exercising and you will get back to a routine, right? At least that is what I tell myself. Today I am going super low calories to they to kick start myself again.

thanks HCB! Im super excited too and using all that energy to do stuff here the house.. Im worried it will take me a while to find that happy balance between work and home again and now I have gym to work into the mix.. My housework will def be put on the back burner if it needs to so I can get my gym in.. hehe.. and DH is a huge help always and so is my son.. <3
