So shocking, I didn't follow through on this. I'm trying again though. Need to do it. I've lost 2lbs since I started this, and I wanted to lose 46. See how easy it is to just give up?! Ugh. But I am back. I am planning on joining some challenges and posting them in my room to remind me about them.
Any other advice?
I have a hectic workout schedule, so finding a workout buddy is tough. =/
