So shocking, I didn't follow through on this. I'm trying again though. Need to do it. I've lost 2lbs since I started this, and I wanted to lose 46. See how easy it is to just give up?! Ugh. But I am back. I am planning on joining some challenges and posting them in my room to remind me about them.

Any other advice?

I have a hectic workout schedule, so finding a workout buddy is tough. =/

Staying commited is the hardest part I think. After every good day I tell myself I'm going to do it all over again tomorrow. I started a 3 month long work out routine but before I started I took some "before" photos to compare to what Im going to look like in 3 months. Looking at those pictures motivates me because i feel like puking every time i see them ahahaha! But seriously i can't wait to see new picture in 3 months!
