Logging in another tiny weight change. I really should weigh myself less often. No point obsessing or verging on obsessing over tiny changes. Going to try to wait a week before weighing in again, but knowing me I'll either keep weighing in or, conversely, forget to weigh in next Tuesday. 8D

Had a very delicious dinner last night. I don't go out to 4th of July parties much, which is funny since I know the person who runs the local 4th of July parade, but anyway, I spent a quiet night in and cooked dinner for my mother. Rib eye steak, salt potatoes and salad. I'd upload a picture if I could, it was a damn pretty meal. (And no, I don't eat steak often, it's a special occasion thing.)

That's almost 3 sticks of butter/fat. Quite a bit when you think of it in that context.

@Suzi161 I have no idea what you're talking about. Think of what in what context?

A pound of fat would like approximately 4 sticks of butter. So a .9 loss would equal about 3 sticks. So if you look at .9 as 3 sticks of fat/butter off your body, it changes your perception a little. A loss may seem tiny, but the actual amount of fat loss is pretty good.

Oh! Don't know why I was so slow on what you were referring to. Thank you. :)

I weight every day too, sometimes morning and night. I just log once a week. On the 5:2, I see fluctuations that become predictable so my obsession can be called monitoring now! It's ok. Focus on your trend!

I weigh daily but take the average of all the weights every other week. It is much easier on the psyche.
