Its been a full months since not weigh-ins on Fat Secrete and not eating clean like I normally do, so what happen in this past month. Was prepping for a MTB race - on race day i got a flat so bad that my wheel couldn't be fix , had to buy a new tire R500 later, so I only did 18km of a 30km race , I was sooo pissed had to walk about 4-5km with mtb shoes to our accommodation as the race venue was to far at that stage, o and did i mentioned i fell twice due to this wheel . so since that weekend I've been drinking on weekends going to party's and just enjoying life,anyway one morning 2 weeks ago I was in a car accident not too bad , just the impact hurt my neck and back, so I've been going for sessions on my back to get the stiffness sorted , that week i didn't exercise at all and started last week again twice for the week , can you believe how once fitness level can just drop after one week. So this week I'm starting all over again, starting with basics eating clean , and exercise at-least 3-4 times a week. 1L of water and no chips
