So, I can claim at least a partial victory - I have stuck with my goal and tracked everything for 7 days, including the weekend! Unfortunately, both Friday & Saturday I ate too much & didn't stick with my eating plan. Needless to say, the weight is up about 1 1/2 lbs - no big surprise, I always seem to gain a bit over the weekend. Perhaps next weekend my goal will be to NOT gain any weight, haha! Anyway, I've also stuck with the exercise schedule, so that means I can treat myself to a non-food reward. Actually, it was to go see the movie "The Legend of Tarzan," which I didn't even have to pay for! Of course, I did pay for the popcorn & Coke Zero, hmp! Ah well, life is like that I guess.
