I'm a leader for Weight Watchers now, that makes me feel accomplished. And I have started running 5K's. I never thought I would hear myself say this, but I am starting to enjoy running. I have been struggling with the food lately. Been doing more outdoor activities like running 2-3 times a week, but not doing as much strength and core stuff. I know I need to do this, but can't seem to find the motivation! I know it is just summer so I am giving myself permission to enjoy the outdoors and get back into my daily routines starting in September, in the mean time look for every opportunity to hike, bike, walk, run, kayak, etc. It's hard with my hubby having to have back surgery soon, he isn't able to do anything, but, I learned I have to take care of me too, so I make time to exercise.
How is everyone else doing? Are you struggling with summer? Or has it been easy for you?
