crazy week and I have really missed being here on FS! missed my buddies! missed recording my food, weight, and exercise. missed the encouragement! back on track today. I find that the mental battle is so much harder for me than the physical battle. I am about where I want to be physically, although now it's time to get toned. but mentally, I am on a roller coaster... whether it be with body image, the stupid scale, relationships, career....the mental stress can wreak havoc on our bodies just as much as the extra weight. so, here is to de-stressing our lives. finding daily ways to find some peace and release some gunk. have a lovely wednesday, my buddies! here I am taking my own advise yesterday :)

what Mahjohn said. LOL It is my little oasis.... Crystal Cove in Newport Beach. A state owned beach with lots of parking and tons of seating and shade and cute little bungalows... and a fab restaurant/bar right on the ocean.
