Well, trying something different - again - A big blast of healthy fat in the morning (after 9:00 am, please!) and hopefully I will not get hungry all day. Want to go into a few days of fasting. Bad day to start, I know - going shopping tomorrow, and always have to stop for my son to get something to eat. He's always hungry when we go somewhere. I will just have to hope the extra fat today kicks in my will power. Oh, the joys of living with someone who has overcome the weight problem and understands how to eat out and enjoy it. I'm not ready for that yet. I still have 100 pounds to go.
