It's hard to follow a set diet, especially at night. I'm being careful not to buy microwave food, because that's what I tend to "snack on" when I get cravings. Forgot to weigh in and had my breakfast, but I will do that later today or tomorrow.
I have a cupboard shelf full of tea, but rarely prepare myself a nice cup of them. Maybe it's time to start drinking more tea and get my metabolism going.
