well I didn't lose any extra pounds this week. next week I'll be pushing out a lot of workouts . hoping this weekend I'll be able to control my calories and maintain healthy meals and snacks. I have been choosing the wrong things to eat lately. its time to step it up. its just harder when your starving and your not at home with your strawberries and other healthy foods.
