I had a slice of cheese last night, hoping I could get things moving. I don't feel constipated, but I haven't had a BM since the 26th. I am eating less volume for sure. Oh, well. I'm not going to worry about it.

I removed the ticker from my signature because it wasn't updating. Maybe it broke when I kept trying to enter my weight to the challenge, which is broken and useless. Will give the ticker another try, but I am done with challenges.

Went through the same thing for 3 days, Denim. Magnesium capsules every night cleared that right up!

Three people have recommended magnesium. There was 18 MG of it in the cup of pinto beans I ate. So, was it the insoluble fiber or the magnesium that solved the problem? It's a mystery I can live with :)
