I have been so busy lately and haven't been eating like I should. So I have decided that this week I'm going to not stress about what I eat etc, but wont go crazy tho. Going to take a week's break and then start again next week and be 100% motivated..

Thanks everyone. BBO i have a weightloss challenge starting next week against friends and family so I really have no choice, I need to get focused and motivated by then. I don't want to lose lol
