Disappointed with not losing last week. It is my busiest time of year for work and felt I did pretty good eating healthy on the go a lot. Also only had time for 2 hours of cardio, no weights. But I noticed the weight loss ticker in my signature is green! That feels great! Somehow I will work harder in the next 9 weeks to lose the last 20lbs.

You've done great! You'll get there. So what if one week doesn't show results? I know, I get frustrated too, but in the long run you'll make it. No loss this week sets you up for bigger loss next week, if you have been doing what you're supposed to do, right? :)
