I am holding steady, but the most amazing thing is I am not stressed or obsessed with what I eat. I eat what I want in moderate portions and find myself not craving anything and I am not over indulging. I weigh myself every couple of days and tend to be sticking around 175. I would LOVE to be 10-15 pounds lighter, but I love this peace of mind that I have with regards to my relationship with the scale and food. Right now, I have clothes that fit and look nice and am going to enjoy this feeling. I am walking everyday which makes me feel Good...great actually. The only thing that has been troubling is some severe mood swings which I never really experienced before...I was never a PMS sufferer and usually an upbeat person. These mood swings seem to come on suddenly and I feel angry then I want to cry. SO NOT ME! It's as if I am possessed! Anyway, I have some wonderful Hormone Balance supplements and being a 57 year old female, that's probably what it is. So, HEY! Here's to another great week to everyone!
