I just looked up the recipe and it sounds lovely. If my other half could eat cheese I'd give it a go but he doesn't and I know if I make it anyway, I'll make a big, 2-4 person portion and eat the lot! It sounds like you've a tough time ahead. I hope you find a sitter soon for your kids otherwise you're going to be up the proverbial creek without a paddle 😔😖. Best of luck with it all - I'm sure you'll find a way to make it work but it won't be easy.

Sorry to hear you've been having a hard time. Hope you can find a solution for your sitter problem soon. That's so stressful. And don't be too hard on yourself for being a hard working, responsible parent.

You must never think that you are failing as a Mom. I know because I did it almost all my kids growing up and I didn't have any of the problems you are facing. Please know that you are an absolutely wonderful Mom who is doing EVERYTHING in her power to provide for her family. You are an inspiration. Truly. I'll send out some good vibes to the universe for you and if that doesn't work because well it might be a lot of bullsh$t - if that doesn't work, well, I just know that you will get through it because you kick ass. #rootingforyou.

Oh gosh, everything at once. Your kids know you are a great Mom. They see how hard you work for them. Hang in there and best wishes to solutions coming your way. And yes the recipe for the Utica greens looks really good.

You are such a caring hard working Mom!! Plus besides all that you help on the farm! Have faith as always one door closes and an often better one eventually opens up for you. You could probably use lots of recipes and cooking methods for the greens.

It used to be that women could stay home to take care of the kids and the farm. How did our generation end up with three jobs instead of two? It's stressful for sure! Best of luck to you; I hope you find a wonderful new care giver.

Looks awesome though. I could squeeze this in a smaller portion.
