I'm staying away from the scale for a while. It doesn't matter what I weigh at this point anyway.
I am just trying to stay on plan. No binge eating!

i have a problem with the scale. I weigh in, and if I don't get the results I want after being 'good' it sends me into a tailspin of bad eating. Even if my clothes seem looser or I have other signs I'm doing well. So, I'm kinda of damned if I do, and damned if I don't...I just need that concrete evidence I'm headed in the right direction. You could cut out a lot of the binge eating if you eat clean, no Junk and no processed foods. It's a start, and it helps... but it takes time.
