Still not eating bread, pasta, or root vegetable carbs like potatoes. Been sneaking chocolate, and an occasional ice cream after dinner. Weight has been staying between 185 and 190. Gym every other day for 600 calories
186.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
