Friend called and wanted to know if I would meet him at the bar to watch the game and I'm thinking this can't be good for my diet. But on the other hand I didn't take anything out of the fridge for dinner so I decided to see how responsible I could be. I had 2 beers (lite) and 10 chicken wings. Got on the scale this morning and lost .8 lbs so I was happy. Looking forward to Friday's weigh-in. Also got the iGoogle gadget for fat secret to make it easier to record exercise and food during the day.
