so i have a another julian Michaels workout and i did level one today. lol thats harder than my week one workout on the other dvd! plus i used 3 pound weights and not my 2 pound. i will do this workout again tomorrow. trying to do better with my water. and i heard over radio this morn in car about sugar in food. the healthy range of sugar is between 25-35grams. ill have to look up how much that is in tsp. anyway,was interesting.
