too many snacks today but I really wanted that bowl of ceral tonight. Maybe I should take a small walk to counter the added calories? I think that is a great idea.

Great idea! I had a full day of food too but somehow was able to stay within my RDI (barely). I at all my calories before 6:00 so I had an inventive evening of snacking on little to no calories.

ahh some nights you just have to add in an extra workout so that you can enjoy those little snacks - 10 minutes on the elliptical is about 120 calories - I can do a snack for 120 calories!!

Take a quick jog around the block or run the stairs in your house 3 or 4 times.... take the stairs at work instead of the elevator- thats how i justify my Wine some nights when i really just need to chill out. Work out first- then wine time... ahhhh

I took the dog for a walk for about a half an hour. Didn't really cover the extra stuff but I did take the stairs this morning, did a little bit of yard work, and laundry so hopefully I'll even out. That is a great idea sarahduke, I think I will remember that next time I want my beer ;)
