Okay. I'm back from last week's Vegas vacation (Bachanal Buffet at Ceasar's Palace), done with this week's Birthday Feast (Outback Steakhouse.) Now I am gonna try to really be on a diet again for the next couple of weeks. I've lost the same 5 pounds over and over for about the last month and a half. It's getting boring.

Happy birthday James... looking good!! I can relate to your birthday woes....We've had a lot more socializing and big meals in the last few weeks....I've had to work my tail off to stay level. I still log everything though as it really helps me see how things can quickly add up in a day...especially when you have a couple of adult beverages through the day and the odd desert.
