Happy Monday. No change on the scale. No problem. Some theater style microwave popcorn fell in my mouth, maybe 1/4 bag and 3 chocolate covered almonds. Ok, truthfully, I wish the scale was lower because I have been a lot better overall. The good news is that plenty ketones in urine. I will continue to push on. Survived a weekend.
