Do you see a trend? Those were how many grams of carbs I've consumed. Notice a <b>HUGE</b> shift in that macro in April so far? I am swimming in some of my clothes. My energy is through the roof and I am now working on incorporating an exercise plan next week after I do my body measurements. I've read 4 Books about LCHF AKA Ketogenic Diet. I've watched a powerful 28 minute video (Thanks Fred4win for this mention in your bio.)
Working on becoming Keto-adapted and will start logging foods on weekends because it requires 2 to 3 weeks of 50 grams of carbs or lower per day for this process to take place and I need to be accountable to me so I can't use statements like I tried it and it didn't work. It is working for others and It will work for me. My life depends on it. In addition, I've learned about the Keto flu and how to avoid it through proper fluid and mineral management to keep me upright and functioning well.
April - June, Q2 of 2016, should an interesting one. Please wish me success, not luck, as that is my goal.
