Went to TOPS tonight had a good weigh-in lost 3.4lbs.

Awesome DMZur. I just started counting calories today and I did a good job. I was at a gas station and I just about broke down and bought a grab bag of chips, but I left as fast as I could thinking I have almonds in my car to snack on to the way to my doctors appointment.

Wow TOPS!! I used to enjoy going to those meetings when I was younger. I can't help but laugh now when I think back to why I was there. I was around 5'10 then and 163 lbs and thought I was huge due to getting teased at school. Now I'm six feet tall and weighed almost twice that in February. If only we could be as fat as the first time we thought we were fat. Lol Congratzees on your big loss!

Thank you for your comment Christinemeowk. I enjoy TOPS; it gives me something I'm doing for myself. Like the comradery there; we have a good group. I joined fatsecret to get a calorie count for my hand written journal and found so much more. Now my journal has all the bells & whistles plus I've made new friends from all over. It makes my weight journey a lot easier. Will stay with TOPS too; like the people, information, game and contests there. Check different TOPS Chapters in your area and join one; it will help too.
