Great weekend, stayed on plan...did some extra activities edged sidewalk and driveway... wash car... took mama shopping...grilled enough food Saturday so I didn't have to cook yesterday...chicken...cooked green beans and crooked neck squash...dessert was apple, walnuts in vanilla yogurt...I actually got over 7hrs of sleep last night....feeling great today...sleep, body nourished.....had kiwi for breakfast...Lets seize the DAY!!
