Good News, I have been using the step up machine at the gym for 40-60 minutes a day and doing a round of weights (LOL 5 pounds weights on each arm doing lifting and leg crunches with them 15 minutes)

Well I have been sweating so much, that I am totally drenched( I have had to change all my clothes when I get back to the apartment) and it seems to be working- It seemed to melt all my overages on a little bit of over eating and my legs and arms are starting to get firm

Best Part its working as a fatburner and What I call a Food Melter!!! :)

I am going to keep this up and do a weigh in on Friday for Fatsecret and see where I am at
