I had to take medicine last week that was making me feel bad, but I finally weighed in under my last weight. Yesterday we took the dog for one of those walks where you stop and do a challenge (like push ups, sit ups or pull ups) then also went to the gym where I did a comfortable pace on the Spinner. I also cooked some food to bring to work that I can count. Now I can work on getting to 128 for my next weigh in! Also, I couldn't take Alli with my medicine, so I'll start that this wheel, too.
