Gained a pound while on vacation for a week, eating out almost every meal. I'm happy with that. It's very difficult to count calories when half the places we ate had no reference. I had to guess at ingredients, sugar content, etc. I was trying but I did allow myself to have some treats. For all that, just one pound gained is perfectly acceptable.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
