10:18pm It was a good day. I worked out, stayed on track and now I'm nice and tired. Hopefully I'll get a good night of sleep. Got to crank up the woodstove for the night and then it's off to dreamland.
I put on about 12 lbs and bounce back and forth and not following my woe. So, decided to get serious. Hubby's gone for a few days, so I don't have to cook. I am happy just eating meat, boiled, fried, baked, etc. So this morning it was crispy fried hamburger with mustard and a cup of bpc. I often do bacon bits with eggs over the top and cook them medium. Gives a nice crunch, which I like. Portion control is an issue for me. Okay, on to quilting and sewing on today's agenda.
