Hi all, Wanted to share. It is miracle...I dropped 3 in one day (today) after 2 weeks of strict LCHF, with no results, just a small fluctuation. What made the difference, and still need to experiment...just in case it is a coincidence...was that I started reading this dr. Eric Berg (also a lC school of thought)He mentioned the "kale green drink"...as a very dense nutrient plant, which may de-clog the liver, and other functions of the body and speed up the weight loss. I think it worked. He also says that the electrolytes and the general balance in the body must happen before you can lose the weight. I like that he does give a lot of free advice, many unexpected :-). Keep you posted. I am not recording it yet. I will wait until Monday, when I usually do.
