Feeling a lot more energetic, not hungry, have been exercising everyday... it helps keep the focus on, even though it DOES NOT help yo lose weight..
All good, totally committed.

245.8 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
