changing my diet ...trying to go more balanced ..count calories ..off atkins ..balance of fruit and vegetables work out with weights 3 times a week and cardio 5 times ..weigh once a week on Tuesdays...My new plan ..count water consumption..see what 3 months does lol
144.8 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 12.6 lb a week
