Howdy to all of my FS Friends ~ Hope you are all doing well!

Due to med reasons I am back to doing WW's. The scale has begun to tip downwards after a long while... Woo Hoot!

Oh... Almost forgot to give thanks. Today I give thanks for perserverance...


Diet Calendar Entry for 15 September 2011:
1117 kcal Fat: 37.54g | Prot: 73.25g | Carb: 133.51g.   Breakfast: soy milk, Splenda, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), water, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: red tomatoes, tejava iced tea, lemon, lite salad dressing, mixed salad greens, bean soup. Dinner: tejava iced tea, vegetarian refried beans, red tomato, iceburg lettuce, light sour cream, Ground Turkey Breast, cheddar cheese, spring onions. Snacks/Other: watermelon, boysenberries, grapes, breyers chocolate carb smart ice cream. more...

I have been out of town visiting my youngest daughter in Southern CA and just now reading my FS Buddies comments on my journal.
