Attended a Healthy Community breakfast this morning. Yet when I plugged in the vegetable quiche and yogurt with fruit it came up with over 800 calories. I'm not sure if I believe that. I did reduce the size of the quiche, because it wasn't a full serving; more like 1/2 a serving - Brought it down to over 600 calories. I think I need to start measuring better.
