I feel excellent today, over the weekend my husband and I finally bought a new bed, and seriously why did we not do this sooner? My back and hip pain is gone, at least I now know the culprit. I have been eating well and finally finally cut soda out. It has been hard to give up but I feel much better and less cloudy now. I feel like things are getting on track for me now and that makes me really happy. plus I have found out that I am obsessed with blueberries. I never thought I liked them, but damn they rock! I hope you all have a great week too.

Cutting out soda was the best thing I ever did for my new healthy lifestyle. I barely ever drink soda. If I do treat myself to it I buy Zevia instead

Madhattr from Brooklyn. First week of Atkins so no sugar since last Wednesdayand decaf coffee is now my drink of choice except for water. Not a big water drinker so I joined a challenge 8.45 glasses per day. 3 down - 5.45 to go!

Thanks everyone, we bought a doctors choice plush mattress from Denver mattress. It is so comfortable. PLus great warranty. I agree cutting soda is great about ten years ago I was soda free for several years and then hit a big bump in the road. I am glad to be back on track. I have never tried Zevia, if I get a craving I will check that out. Great job on the cutting sugar too, it can be hard the first few weeks. Good luck with your water goals!
