Still not eating bread, pasta, potatoes, starches, etc. But have expanded my dietinto all fruits and non-root vegetables, and an occasional chocolate. Still doing a heavy (700+ KCal / 1 hr.) aerobic workout every other day. Weight seems to have leveled off here, and I don't feel like starving myself just to lose more.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
