second day walking even though slow had to cut it off at 30 minutes...my shoulder was hurting cause of the bicycle accident with the motorbike. it has been 8 days now and seems like i still favor all the dislocated joins in my arm and shoulder. the weight of my arm hanging is too much pulling down on shoulder. I have a sling but the strap that goes around my nick feels like it is cutting into the skin. OK guess that is enough belly aching. Back to twerking..... oh my i meant to say tweak.
